Cambodian current govt. persue a policy of an authoritarian oppression

Just a persoal point of view that if the Cambodian current government is continuing to persue a policy of an authoritarian oppression on its ordinary people,As up-to-date, it's almost 91%,the cambodian live under the level of poverty. There is no clear strategy of how to improve the lives of the indinary people. Instead,this current government used its own people for its own living styles. I fear that one day, the bloodshed could occur again.
