worrying about the stability in Cambodia nowadays

I am one of many cambodian american living in the United State who are worrying about the stability in Cambodia nowadays. I believe that the government which is backed by Vietnamese Government, nowadays are trying to convert the democratic country into Communism or Socialization as Vietname or Burma. Rich and Powerful people, they are never worry about the poor people who are dying because of poverty. As you can see now, many arrests of the human rights and opposition party leaders have been made in favor to the head of the government and to destroy the democracy. They, Cambodian government, said that Cambodia is democratic country and have many opposition parties but if the leader of the opposition party get a lot of supports, they will arrested that leader so that leader will not stand a chance to get the vote in the next election.

For the last 5 years, i have seen the improvement of human right in Cambodia but for the last 4 weeks, that improvement are back down till zero. People have no rights to express their opinion anymore. In Cambodia, we have a lot of high educated people who recieved the education from abroad such as United State, Japan, Australia, France or England, but those people dare not say anything which impact to the government or they will be put in JAIL. I can not believe that my country ( CAMBODIA) now have the Politic prisoners just like 1980 till 1990.

I hope that the donor countries such as Japane, USA, or other NGOs should give some restrictions to Cambodian goverment to respect human right. Because Cambodian government nowadays can live because of 400 to 500 millions dollars donation each year, so the leader of the government will take some words from all donor countries.
