A man known for lack of moral and personal duty; a man known for sinful and unbecoming characters, a man known for conspiracy, a man known as unfit father, a man known as a sex slave, a man known as an absolute killer, a man known as demagogue, and a man known as categorically unfit Buddhist. Whenever Cambodia faced crisis a known man packed and ran off, as usual and never failed. That was his irreplaceable record.

This man violated 1954 Geneva Conference of his own declared non-aligned and Neutrality. In 50's amidst rage and demand from populace for pluralism, this man aspired to Marxism and Absolutism. Out of self absorbance, all political parties were demonized and outmaneuvered with rigged elections. Opponents and foes of ideology were ordered to be accidentally killed.

In 60's this man instigated students to burn down US embassy then severed relation. Also this man sabotaged the Council of Throne form its constitutional duty to select king other than his own incompetent parents. This man was behind all political killings included public execution of young outspoken critics. This man plundered treasury and fragile peace in allowing enemies to stay in territory in spite of UN condition. This man let US bombardment and Viet Cong to recruit Khmer rebels as his army.

In 70's this man pledged to uphold Ho Chi Minh endeavor at the expense of Cambodia. This man nearly wiped out 1/3 of population as personal revenge. At UN, this man unrelentingly spoke in defend of Khmer Rouge then became its nominal President throughout 80 period. This man cheated refugees to fight and die in his disingenuous endeavor. This man hand picked his unfit son to be Lord of beaten and hopeless refugees in exchange for family power.

In 90's this man subjugated UN to reinstate his despot monarchy. This man violated public trust and UN accord in decreeing illegal election and government of dictators. This man did coerce people to accept illegal coup and government treaties. This man was instrumental in violation all UN conditions.

In new millennium this man hand picked his half Khmer and raised by dictator of doomed Czchek Republic as heir to the desecrated throne. This man faked death and illness to gain sympathy while facilitating illegal treaties to benefit Viet Nam and its lackey. This man stroked and instigated people with his nonsense Supreme Border Council to be arrested in speaking up against his already consented treaties. This man was and is the prime UN habitual violator since the 50'™ up to this second.

Now this man wanted people to honor him as the sole hero of Cambodia before his real death. This man declared retirement but still taunts Khmer people and nation. He would curse anyone in his way. He would lick infidel feet as long as he got his way. There will he come again in May 2006 and his name is Sihanouk, the Cambodia Formidable Hero of Hypocrisy of Century.

People oh my dear poor people ,you must come out en mass to demand his apology and show outrage before he and his crony can step off the plane in his return in May. In his short coming I would say, Hell to the Chief and His!
