I would like to ask our friends in Cambodia and oversea regarding the ex-King Norodom Sihanouk has abdicated his portraits from puplic displayed and his resignation as the president of Cambodian Border Council which was formed recently. Are you disappointed at Hun Sen or ex-King Sihanouk himself?
In my opinion, the result of ex-King Sihanouk resignation as the president of Cambodian Border Council and asked that his portraits be removed from public places because Hun Sen disagreed to grant the ex-King a power for a decision making due to border issues. Hun Sen has feared that the ex-King will get all the support politically.
Moreover, Hun Sen afraids that the ex-King will embarrass him over the islands and lands which Hun Sen have signed the deal with Vietnamese, and Hun Sen will be loosing his support from many Cambodian.
Not only the power have not been granted, but Hun Sen accused the Cambodian Border Committee who formed by many high profile Cambodian like the ex-king himself as a traitor. Hun Sen has blashed off this issue at many occasion, and inversely, Hun Sen appointed himself as the president of Cambodian Border Council and his donkies cabinet ministers as a member. This is aiming to block any decision that is made by the ex-King Cambodian Border Committee.
Can we trust that Hun Sen get back our lost lands and islands?
I personally never have any hope which done by Hun Sen because every time when the issue of border encroachment coming up I have heard that Hun Sen and his donkies responsed very negatively- something like there is no clear border mark or the map is not clear, or sometime, this is for a political gain for the opposition.
Well, my suggestion is get the clear map. Get the one that clear!
Moreover, Hun Sen and Vietnamese government always divert the issue like sending the Vietnamese diplomats to Cambodia and providing a piece of aids to Cambodia as a friendly neighboring.
Therefore, I conclude that Cambodian not only lost our islands and lands forever but also losing the help from the hight profile citizen like the ex-King Norodom Sihanouk because of a selfish politician like Hun Sen and his donkies only interested in keeping power over the suffering people.
